I’m a collaborative design leader and systems thinker with 8+ years experience. I’ve built teams, fostered design communities, and led multiple projects from discovery to implementation including the roll out of video calling technology in prisons, the UK 2030 resettlement policy vision, a democracy protection digital hub, and an emergency planning application for ICE encounters in the US.

Through my work, I aim to make the systems we live in more caring, more human, and more effective. While my background has focused on civic and justice issues, I have a strong personal commitment to environmental protection and want to contribute my energy and skills to tackling climate change and protecting the environment.

I believe that relationships are at the heart of good practice and bringing diverse people together to
co-design solutions will create positive change.
