I’m a collaborative design leader and systems thinker with more than 8 years experience. I’ve built teams, fostered design communities, and led multiple projects from discovery to implementation including; the roll out of video calling technology in prisons, a democracy protection digital hub, the UK 2030 resettlement policy vision, and an emergency planning application for ICE encounters in the US. 

Through my design, I want to make the systems we live in more caring, more human and more effective. I believe that relationships are at the heart of good practice and bringing diverse people together to co-design solutions will create positive change. 

My design practice includes service design, design strategy, systems thinking, user research, policy design , human-centered approaches and more.
